Fees
My fees are fairly reasonable. I do indeed accept payment plans as well as credit cards. My initial consultations are always free and I provide legal services for DWI/DUI on a flat fee basis. My flat fees are usually dependent on whether or not you have been found guilty of any prior DWI/DUI offenses. My flat fees include all conferences with the client and necessary court appearances. Motions, Trial and Appeals are billed separately.
The structuring of my fees will be discussed upon an initial client consultation, however, feel free to call or email to inquire.
In addition to attorney fees, the Client is responsible for all Expert Witness Fees if needed.
